Looks cool and interesting. Maybe would be better to have one more version in DivX for seeing best quality. This one is kinda too much compresed so we can't see all details.

One suggestion for your site would be to "kill" that background sound in video gallery :). It's kinda irritating after 1-2 minutes because it is very short and just loop :). Other than that it's OK IMHO.
