Hi everyone,

we just released our new AE tool Beat Assistant.

If you do animations in sync with music, you should definitely check it out.
Beat Assistant determines the bpm (beats per minute) of the wav, mp3 and aif files in your AE project. Then it can generate markers according to the beat and generate keyframes to animate arbitrary properties. You can also stagger layers, e.g. if you have a bunch of clips and want a new one to appear with each beat.
