So I am creating a scene in Maya 2013, it is a night scene so it is dark but I have created some torches with a flickering point light within the fire itself. I really like the effect it gives as a firelight flicker but I want to add 3d fluid container of fog I created to the scene, and when I do the source of the point light shows up as a glowing orb in the scene. How would I go about hiding it from the dog while keeping the the light emitted from the light? Anyone? Please...pretty please help.
