Hey all, I've been having a hard time modelling a torso, specifically the male. Im trying to teach my self 3d studio max but i have never really completed a model cause it always ended up looking really bad. i was hoping some one could give me a couple of pointers on how to start , give me some tutorials, or timelapse videos. any help would be appreciated :)

For box modeling,Bay's video is a must see,even if all you're looking for is a bit of n-spiration ;)

Martin Krol(Ambient-Whisper) has done some amazing videos,here they are;

This is an old experimentation video I did a few months ago,it's mostly aimed at a beginner with box modeling,I'm sure you will like my next one better though.

BTW:The server is down right now but it should be back soon.
