Hey, Welcome!
I really like your original sketches but the model looks a lot more 'built', as in bigger body frame etc... I think he works better as a scrawny brat punk...
Looks very cool tho.

yes your right
but for the unreal mod they want realistic models ;(
Thats cause they stink ;)
Good work anyway...
EDIT: what happened to his red tattoo tho?

nice mesh, nice textures, but i'd rework the textures on the arms a bit. The transition between the shoulders and the biceps looks a bit odd and the rest of the muscles just aren't there. Love the expression on his face :)
the head
i will work more on the arm ;)

Looking awesome.
I would paint some hair around the base of the hair...if you get what i mean.
The way you have it now doesnt flow really well...

the texture seems a bit on the blurry side, and I think you could use some polys from the legs and torso to add some detail to his face. I think the model is really well-done otherwise, but the texture seems rushed - the threads/stiching on the pants doesn't look very realistic, and the pants texture itself is pretty obviously a fast photo-manip. He definitely needs some hair painted on the areas where the hair joins the skin on his head. This is a really cool model, it just doesn't seem quite finished yet!
I for one like the scrawny guy better too, but best follow the boss' orders ;)
work work
yes sir sir yes sir ;)
