Hello,

I'm very new to blender, but I'd like to render out a wetmap based on dynamic paint as seen in this tutorial:

http://www.miikahweb.com/en/articles/dynamic-paint-guide

In this tutorial, it says: "If you set wetmap to influence normal, specular and ray mirror, render should look something like this"

I don't know what he means by "influence." How can I hook up the wetmap to the normal, specular, and ray mirror so that I can render out what he's produced?

Best,
Andy.

Hi, you have to set it in texture influence panel.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply!

I've set those values, but when I render, I only see the color that I've painted, and not the displacement of the wetmap. Can anyone talk me through the steps?

Best,
Andy.
