View Full Version : Making forward progress
Carm3D 11-30-2003, 11:50 PM Thanks to everyone who offered help for me.. I think I am over the learning curve and once again moving forward.
Here is an animation of her meaty thigh moving about.. The deformations are sweet.
I used 2 weight maps (thigh and butt) and LOTS of muscle bones.

Hey can u make another one without the bones...
Just drag ur object (parent the bone/skeleon to a null, first) under the bones in the file list. the bones will then hide behind the mesh.
Also can u add a model light in the Customize section so we can see the deformation better.

I rendered it out in Lightwave.. Should be able to see everything clearly now, the rain is gone.
Little bit of weirdness on the front-center of the thigh.. I'll play with it.
Link is the same from the first post.

That may be the single most disturbing thing I've seen in over 10 years of 3D animation...

Hi Carm,
Nice work so far. I'm glad to see your frustration with the software is dying down.
