i guess you're not impressed then pit...heh heh.
what would you recommend after running through the mocca tuts...basic levels...to intermediate i'd say..?? dunno...any ideas...its often difficult to find good training material..they are usually really basic then jump to advanced doesn't seem to be any middle ground..don't forget i'm a not german speaker either..cheers bud..

I honestly donīt know what I would have done without Sven Hauthīs book (german)!

It really takes you through the whole process of rigging in C4D 8- explained in great detail. Love that book! There is hope that itīll be translated (- from what Sven (Pixeldoggy) wrote in another thread not too long ago) - some interest has been shown from an english(speaking) publisher. Donīt know how that has developed though - really hope, for you non german speaking users, that it will happen.

Iīve read tons of non C4D related stuff ->Maya tutorials and general stuff on rigging to get a grasp of the underlying concepts. But thatīs just my way of doing things - reading/learning as much as possible on a subject and then translate to my needs. Donīt think thatīs any help at all. Sorry!

Cheers

...of my book. The publisher who showed interest is a company called Wordware. They were about ready to put it out, but apparently my european publiher was asking for too much money or something, they have been talking about it for weeks now and nothing really happens. The only reply I keep getting from both sides is "We are working on it", but they've been saying this for such a long time now that I am starting to lose my faith. Well, I guess there still is a small chance for it to happen, and if it does, I'll let you know. Thanks for the support, guys...
