All right...sorry If I'm posting in the wrong spot...this is my first post here.

I'm currently a student and I've only been modeling for a few months...so go kinda easy on me...I've only used 3ds max because Its the main program my school teaches. Anyway, I'd kinda like a critique, along with some tips to help me model this a bit better. I'm starting a rigging class fairly soon and I'd like to know If the model should be ok for rigging. Theres a few places where I feel like my topology is a little awkward...This is my second full character model and I feel like Its good for that, but maybe some of you professionals could help me out... I really want to know if there's a way to fix the topology on the neck and if there's any thing I can clean up on the model. Sorry the pictures kinda big.

Thanks in advance...if there's any other angles you need to see just tell me.If Its needed I can email you the model too.

If you haven't been given a maximum poly count that you must stay within for your assignment then don't bother trying to cut your edge flows down, continue the edge flow from head to body. There's really no reason to have to stop the edges like that especially in all the same area (e.g base of neck).
If you leave it as is you may have some odd distortion when animating.
If you feel that you need to terminate an edge then do so in areas that won't be affected much by animating, like middle back, shins, forearm, upper chest...don't do it all in one place basically.

Yeah, trying to rig that isn't gonna go well. The poles in the face and neck are in entirely the wrong places.

You've left yourself with a bit of work there Kakashiluigi. If you have low poly versions saved, it might be easier to go back to one of them and fix the problem areas.
