Entertaining, the bit that doesn't seam to work as well is the mouth sync, that is perhaps exasperated by the low frame rate. However the characters body animation works very well with lots of nice natural gestures and movements that work together fluidly with the sound track.

Nice work dude!
The only thing I would say though is there's not enough movement on his hips that shows weight. For example when he takes a few steps forward his hips have no up or down movement, or when he throws the cane in the air.
Other then this I like it lots!

Cool, I love what you've done with the stop-motion lip-sync. It works for me a lot better than most methods where the computer smooths it. You'll have to show me that trick. Agree with Liquid on the hips. Something funny about the cane grab and the "Hello-o-o," I think they need more anicipation and follow-through.
