Been working on this for about 5 hours, wondering what you guys think. BTW the current poly count is 3050 triangles.

The thigh is a bit skinny.Could you fatten them up and the knee joint looks weird to me.The upper body looks quite ok to me.

My guess is, from how the body to knees is shaped, that hes going to be a hunchback. I see some problems on how his body will deform in the animations. Its a bit hard to explain. Also isnt the connection from legs to body a bit rough? I think you should make that flow better considering the design of the legs.
Also you have added the needed extra rows on the fingers but the upper arms are at a lack of these. Add some there too.
I dont know but this model feels like a good design that have something missing. I think bulkier legs and arms would do it good.
Also the head, whats going on there? Atleast i want some closer pictures :P

It is a bit hard to see from these screenshots, but there are the added edges on the elbow and shoulder of the arms. The legs I need work on, I'm thinking I shall add some kneepads as well. Thanks for the crits, I'll be texturing this thing like made in the next two weeks.

well, it seems to have very little detial for that many polies. It seems you have some wasted in the joints.....
also, those smoothinggroups hurt my eyes :) fix them!!! :D
