CGTalk - Max 6 tryout Bug

I've installed the 3ds max 6 tryout version to see whats new and improved, But there is just one problem, I cant use the CTRL button or the Delete key.

No...
CTRL-Z
No...
CTRL-C,V
No...
DELETE????

I uninstalled 3ds max 5.1 before I installed 3ds max 6. I've also re-installed max to see if that would do the trick.

Plus i've gone through all the .ini files???

Any ideas?

I noticed it.

My try out version is installed in a comp where any Max version was installed before. Even so, these handy short cuts don't work. I'm glad I kept version 5 in the other comp :(

I think I finally figured it out! If you uninstall 3ds max 6 and 3ds max 5 + delete all the left over files and the registry entries, then re-install 3ds max 6 it will work fine! I think there is some mystery file or registry entry that interferes with the new installation. :)
