Looks sweet. Really nice translation of the design. It's the flava.
Are you going to add the pilot, or leave it a droid droid?
P.S. Am I going senile, or was there a toon shaded version here first, and something about max 5? NDA smackdown? :D

Good work on the model. You know what would be cool - is to dirty it up rather than have a clean look.
Keep it up!

Ah, Feng.
He doth be the one with ye goodie concept art.
Thou shalt go to http://www.artbyfeng.com
and sing and dance with backwards chickens, whilst balancing a rod of burning goo to find the answers that you seek.
And remember:
Smelling roses whilst swimming is not permitted.

great stuff this Feng Zhu guy!! Really great!! I was wondering. Would it be illegal to grab one of his stuff, model it, and use it in my portfolio?

this is copy/pasted from Feng Zhu site, FAQ section:
_________________________________________________
Q: Can i model your designs in 3D?
A: Yes; if you are using it for personal projects. I don't own the copyrights to some of the
designs on my site. Thus if you use them for profit reasons, you'll get in trouble with those
companies. Copyright violation fines are very expensive. And please give me the due credit
if you use any of my images. Thanks.

But I would try to go with a more dirty look (+ more details), just to stay within the realm of Feng Zhu design...thats just might opinion.
Keep up the good work.

sorry about that...
[edit] no worries, I deleted the doublepost- qui-
That's one awsome model, and one of my favorites in Feng's collection. Been meaning to model it... dang ya beat me to it.
Althought it's not 100% like the concept design, i really like your interpretation : can't wait to see it fully textured and put in a great environment !!!
rock on dude :buttrock:

Well, good work but you have to redesign the top of the vehicle - it's too small and there are few tec details.
To the other questioners: I have modeled and rendered one of fengh's drawings (gas exhaust) and asked him for permission BEFORE putting it on my homepage (or 3d-worxx-issue). So I think it's OK to practice with the concepts but if you want to publish it - ask him - very important (he surely won't disagree)...
