It certainly looks like you had fun making that. I like the water and the white cloth, but am skeptical about the big flashy lensflare effect. It puts a lot of focus on that part of the picture when you want (I'm assuming) the focus to be more on the other elements.
Other than that, it looks like a book cover or something, almost like it was painted. nifty effect... what was this for?
