I am a Motion Graphic Designer and Animator using C4D, AE.

I want to buy a computer with high performance for my work, So What's the best Specifications, And what's is bast for me MAC or PC.

Please Advise.....

you are going to get mostly PC guys here telling you which way to go. For motion graphics, you could go either way. It's pretty even – Cinema 4D, After Effects, Houdini in the very high end. The main issue right now is that Apple's not updating the Mac Pro for another while.

If you are on the video side more than 3D, you'll probably see more products and plug-ins for Mac since it dominates video in that field.

CINEMA does not care much if it is running on OS X or Windows. There is no noticable speed difference between the two on identically speced hardware.
