nice model! Just that the texture is too uniform, even on his ear!? I mean the earlobe should be smoothing and all. And you SHOULD improve your lighting, and the blend between the hair and head.

he's eyes do look like Mel, hower the mouth has a Bruce willis kind a look

indeed!! he does have that bruce willis/mel gibson combo!! The areas you showed, I am guessing you used UV texturing, so check your UV map, perhaps those polygons are huge on the UV map.

Hey, looking cool.. :)

He does look like gibson crossed with willis, though in the first pic he looked a lot like the guy who's in a lot of coen brothers films and a bunch of other stuff, can't recall his name right now..but the guy in fargo who put buscemi in the chipper :D

Only things I'd say is he looks a little 'sharp' in some places, and the ear could use some attention. Less ambient lighting and further surface tweaks/maps would help bring it out a lot too.
