Hi!
I'm very excited to participate in such a great challenge, theme is awesome!
The core of my idea is gladiator's fight, in which one is defeated and waiting for the end. It's all depends on the decision of the emperor, crowd is screaming and waiting.
I think it's a very stressful moment full of energy and danger. I want to make the viewer think through the action and make his own decision, let him end the story.
Here is my approximate compositon and idea. It may vary during the process:

I decided to make gladiators not too massy, without tons of muscles. Just two average men in armor with swords and shields fighting for their lives.
There will be 3 main chars: defeated glad, winning glad and the emperor. Also a screaming crowd (which I don't know how to handle at the moment:)).
That's all for now. Continue working on the glad(winner), he will be the center of compositon and spotlight.
