Hi;

How can I maintain the vertex number of my polygon object when I detach a group of polygon?

Does softimage do this automatically or Shoul I be aware of something while doing that ?

What I meant by saying vertex numer is the unique number of each vertices.

I was not talking about the vertex count of an object ...
