Hi,
I have recently started a job that involves a lot of medical animation. I have ran into this issue before but this time i can not think of anyway to do it.
What i need to do is model a brain and make some sort of light/glow effect travel on the tracks of the brain that i have modeled. This light/glow effect will be seen like brain waves traveling through the brain to give commands.
I have modeleded the brain but i can't find anyway for a line shaped light to travel in the path of the brain also i dont know how to create a line shaped light. I would like to recieve help of any kind that would give me this effect.
Programs i can use.. Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, After FX. If there is an easier way of creating this effect by using any of theese programs please let me know.
