i got this filters with out readme file or installer
how i install them and get them to use?

folder go like that
Eye Candy 4000 Settings>1 folder called > fire>
Blue Flame
Chemical Flame
Engulfed
Flicker
Last Used
Manual Page 90 Top Left
Meteor Trail
Rocket Takeoff

Eye Candy 4000 Settings>2 folder called >Fur
Bleached Kinks
Blue-haired punk
Flowing
Little Brown Tufts
Long and Wavy
Short and Straight
Short Grey Whiskers
Stubble Inside
Thin Blonde Fur
Thinning

Eyecandy is a commercial filter plugin pack - if you don't have the installer, it means you have an illegal copy of it.
