CGTalk - Scene States

Hi All,

I'm having a problem right now using 3ds Max 2012 x64. When I click Manage Scene States, or Save Scene State from the quad menu, nothing happens. No window opens at all, no message, no nothing. It's not off screen either. Any advice?
