Can see that you really challenge yourself to produce such a beautiful texture. The modeling is impressive too.
These images are some how disturbing... It has that fresh corpse feel to it. Is this what you are trying to convey? I hope so.
I have some questions. Are you using color lighting? It feels like you have a bluish light. What is the size of your textures? Probably your computer had some trouble updating your file while you where working on the texture.
The lips are quite nice, the gloss adds a lot. I will love to see renders of different expressions of the mouth.
Keep up the excellent work. If you keep challenge yourself like this you could make a huge brake through in the CG art.
