Hi guys,
I have recently craeted a few timelapse videos of myself modeling vaious facial features,
some people have been asking on the poly by poly technique so here it is in action . It works well for me, but maybe not for others, al personal preference.
If you care to take a look they are availible here:

I especially like how the AIM window pops up. (you might want to remove that, it shows their username).

I'm not sure what i can say as far as speed. It is a timelapse afterall (btw, how long did it take approx?). Plus you use XSI, which I have only begun to learn.

I am a little curious about your strange mesh in the outer eye area though. What purpose dose it serve and why did you do it?

thanks goon , the outer eye wire served for a small wrinkle and a way of bringing out the upper eyelid to finish ,Probably not 'the' best approach,
im glad you liked it.

sorry bout the dead link - bandwidth ran out,
heres an updated link

One major point: you have no tear ducts.

I am still not sure about the formation of your outer eye.

To quote another cgtalker:
"One thing about the eyes is the outer corner. Look in the mirror and note how they overlap at the intersection."

He said this when about my eyes when I used the same loop method you are using (minus the extra bit at the end)

taking that to heart, and hopefully doing what he meant, here's my current eye wire on another model:

And the smoothed version:

please ignore all the sloppy tris
