Well, I just bought a gorgeous new laptop and it smokes, but I cannot use the MMB (wheel) on my Intellimouse Optical because the settings do not have the standard MMB setting (instead I am getting "Next Window" as the system default).
I think that this is due to the laptop's integrated touch pad only having 2 buttons. Certainly someone else here has run in to this problem since the MMB is so central to the workflows of many 3d apps, so perhaps one of you can clue me in on how to get my MMB working.
Nevermind... doh.
For any who have this prob in the future, just set it to "Auto Scroll" and it will work just fine.
