Great work educating us. But sometimes I see a nice cover of a render, but the actual content does not bring us to that final result. It's like a video advertising places of travel and on their front cover is a beautiful girl. But inside all you see is old people taking vacation to those places.

Hi rock! Thanks for the reply. We work very hard to make sure that our renders will accurately portray the content that is taught. The render in the image above is from the completely free Beginner's Guide to Maxwell Render so obviously the models aren't created in the tutorial, but you can see how the materials are set up and the render is made here: http://www.digitaltutors.com/11/training.php?pid=697

If you ever feel that our rendered images stray too far from the actual content, we would love to hear about it. Let us know here: http://www.digitaltutors.com/11/help.php
