View Full Version : how to texture one image on multiple planes in C4D?

Hello Friends,

I have created one plane and apply Grid Cloner to it, then apply an image as texture and finally I got below result :

But I don't want this result, I want result something like below:

In short I want to texture only one image on multiple planes which are created by mograph cloner. Is that possible? If yes please help me or give me link of this kind of tutorial if you have.

Apply the material to the cloner object. On the texture tag change the mapping to flat. To fit the image to the plane objects, from the Object Manager "Tags" menu select "Fit to object". Include sub objects.

Possibly you may have to use the texture axis tool to orientate the plane objects. You won't need to if your plane objects are set to +Z orientation.
