This is Al'ki who is poor drunken clown who loves his alcohol way too much, modelled and rendered in lightwave.

This is my demon character loosely based on the minotaur but more like his ugly brother :annoyed: modelled and rendered in lightwave, this time i used a mix of techinques to create the lighting. Using a photo of a metal ball i unwrapped it in hdri shop and created a hdri image then created a diffuse convultion image to use inconjuction with the fake irradiance plugin. Which can simulate bounce light or large areas of light. tho not a perfect render i liked it and it render at 1600 pixels high in 1 minute 30 seconds which was cool. Back to work i go :wip:

Looks good, well-textured for their style. Though if anything the demon-skin looks procedural-ish, "heeelloo noise-bump" or somesuch :)

Now let's see 'em move!

thanks for your comments :)

HellRender- yeah erm best tip i can give you is to keep practising, experiment to find your best techniques and what you have a knack for making. You should have a search for some tutorials on box modelling and poly by poly modelling thats the key to subdivision surfaces oh yeah and the all important edge loop(muscle loops)

gaggle-Yup the demon is all procedrals its for a college project and i sadly dont have time to finish him off thats why there are no texture maps, the clown has only one texture map and thats on his face the rest is all proderural or gradients (again no time to finish the texturing)

hopefully by the end of the week i will have 2 more charcters made for my exhibitions so keep all your eyes open :)

Thanks again for any critique and comments.
