View Full Version : Spiderman type string shooting out of hand

How would you go about creating a spiderweb strand that shoots out of somebody's hand like spiderman (using maya)? Would need to be pretty up close with lots of little strands intertwined...Any tips would be appreciated.

Does it need to be dynamic? Otherwise you could use PaintFX and play around with flow animation.
