Based on info here on board and some videos. I made my try for sticky points.
1."Base Object" should by object for Sticky Points
2."Prepare" creates morpher on BaseObject, morphtarget object, dummy and "hideSticky" layer
3.With button "StickyPoints" U can add "Sticky dummies" on Base Object.(!!only in Perspective View!!)
4.Unhide "hideSticky" layer and edit skin weights for points in MorphTarget called "Sticky_" + BaseObject.Name

It is working in basic setups and when there is not a lot of deformation (twisting rotating ).
For U "Maxscript Gurus" It is possibly funny but maybe it helps someone. I will be thankful for any kind of information how to make it better.

don't care about how funny is it for gurus. but for someone it must be cleaned and cleared. try to simplify the code. this good idea needs some polish.
