I am new to this forum. I have been lurking for a few days, and finally felt I needed to join the ranks. (Hi Stu, good to see you here!)

I have been using Cinema and Rhino for about 18 months. I am trying to learn to model more in Cinema lately. I have modelled and rendered this image and could use some help on what to do to make it better.

piece of advice from a fellow Spoiled Rotten on Rhino Brat :D

Do the Meissie Figure Modelling tutorial at the Maxon site, it's under Project Based Tutorials.

I don't think it's the best figure modelling tutorial there is, but it's good and it also will familiarize you well with Cinema's poly and Hypernurbs tools.
