Ok, I have seen many tutorials on head modelling, but none about how to do hands, or a torso for that matter.

I did a search here, and came up dry, so I thought I would put it you forum goers. How do you go about modelling a hand? Imageplanes and then proceed like the head tuts?

Q2. When you model a torso, is it better to do it minus the arms and legs first?

I have got a pretty good grasp on techniques for Nurbs and polygon modelling heads, but just wasn't sure how to go about tackling the rest of the body. I am still trying to apply what I have been learning, but quickly become overwhlemed.

Thanks for all your help!
