CGTalk - Mzp blocked by read-only folder

I created a .mzp it works fine in 2012 but wont do anything in 2010.

after a quick investigation I noticed that my folder in max 2010 were set as read-only in win7
Is there a way to force mzp to dump his files in the desired folder or atleast ask for the permission to do so.
