CGTalk - flash web banners

i was doing some research on flash web banners. i am skilled in flash and all other aspects but never had to do banners. it there anything i should know that is different and why?

i think they are not so different, exept more simpler.

Mostly they are just linear animation repeating itself and link/links on it....but i think these didn't help u :P good luck anyway :)
