grafi 11-20-2003, 04:21 AM Hi, this is about my second post in Cgtalk and just wanted to post some WIP from an earlier concept I did a while ago.
Concept:

Models using 3dsmax6:

And finally the current polycount which is quite high, I did this all in an hour so I didnt really go back and tweak it for a lower poly count:

C&C appreciated.
Thanks.

Hey, thanks for the other recource, ive got a lot of school and a lot of homework so im probably going to start modeling more today (friday) since its a weekend and that means no homework:thumbsup:. anyways next im thinking of making the string that comes down from the fishing pole type thing on top, but i was wondering, can you attach a cylinder with many height segments to a spline? to follow the path?
BTW im using 3dsmax6 for the modeling.

I found out what I was looking for was called path deform binding which was a simple thing but now i dont think the string looks that realistic, i dont know comments/critiques would be good. Thanks:
