If you're the developer of the plug-ins, yes.

Plug-in developers can use the After Effects SDK to port, code, and recompile their plug-ins to be 64-bit plug-ins.

If, however, you're asking as a user of the plug-ins, the answer is no. You'll need to get new versions from the makers of the plug-ins.

As a user of the plug-ins, if the plugin is stopped to CS4, can we do something, maybe not ? THX alot Todd, I appreciate of your time :)

If a plug-in isn't being developed past the 32-bit version for After Effects CS4, but you need to use it, you can use the plug-in in After Effects CS4 and then render out the result for use in the later version. Not ideal, but better than nothing.

Or you could urge the plug-in developer to port the plug-in to a 64-bit version for After Effects CS5 and later.
