This is my first walk cycle animation, kindly watch it and give your reviews.

When showing off a walk cycle, its best to show 10 or so cycles. Showing only one cycle, without the ability to loop it, makes it very hard to review. If you can re-upload, just loop the video or remake it with a longer playblast, I can give you a better critique.
From what I can tell, your main areas of improvements could be in trying to get more overlap in the spine. The x rotation (assuming he is facing the Z and Y is up-down) of the hips is a bit snappy and the spine is pretty rigid, which isn't believable, whether or not you are going for a naturalistic walk.
Also, the Y translate on your hip is *I think* causing some knee problems in the legs. That one I need to be able to see looped. I can tell you that getting some x axis movement on your feet would be helpful. It is rare for something to move along only one or two axes.
As I'm having trouble making out some finer details without looping, take everything I said here with a grain of salt.
If you are going for a relatively naturalistic walk, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=occFkFbl3ms&feature=related is a pretty good example.

Hey, could you please point me to the place where you found this model? I see it used alot, and I would love to be able to practice animation using this. Great job on the updated walk cycle btw. Just i still think you need a little bit more spinal movement to give it more flow.

The Y Translate is pretty extreme for the amount of X rotation on the spine. Try to get more of an s curve in the spine.
