This may be a very basic question, you'd think I'd know after all this time using Photoshop but I don't.

If you look at the attachment you can see I have some small text on a path. All the text 'points' or leans towards the centerpoint of the arc. How can I follow the arc but allow my text to remain in a more upright position?

I don't know if its changed in more recent versions but in CS2 I would use the warp tool instead of a path. Some of the presets have a couple of extra controls for letter direction.
