Here is something I'm working on. I still have a bit of work left to do on it. I only have about 3 hours of work into it so far.

My reference is a photo from one of my son's childrens books. It has some great photos of animals and I thought I'd give this one a try. All of the animals are on a solid background, so I thought I'd add some monotone vegetation at the bottom so that it looked like they were sitting in something.

It's done with a Wacom/Photoshop.

Very nice work & style. gives a real sense of the close bond between parent and child as well. Hope to see an update soon.

Don't wanna be the smart-ass of the group... but has anyone noticed that these are chimps and not monkeeees?

Anyhoo, looks very nice... hope you plan on finishing it.

Yes I know they are chimps. :) Look at the image name. Anyway, I just liked the title monkeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...
