Hi there!
Quite an amusing idea for a reel! I think what would help you a lot is if you start to think a bit more about your characters centre of gravity and weight. A few poses look as though the character would fall over as his weight isn't correctly balanced above the feet on the ground.
Also, watch it without sound or looking at the character face. The emotions he's feelings should come through in his poses.
Keep it up!
