I sort of wasn't getting into my original idea of the spider queen and felt there wasn't enough back story behind it so I came up with a new idea...
Backstory:
Mentally challenged mutant found begging on the street is discovered by a ruthless underground fight club promoter and promised salvation but instead tricked into participating in underground pitfighting tournaments for quick profits.
Sensing his mental handicap the promoter feels he can easily exploit his new prize fighter and keeps him in check by using his henchmen to regularly blast him with cattle prods.
All fighters are tagged and branded like cattle and housed in pig-like pens and given little luxuries. Only the best fighters are allowed more space.
When he was first taken in he was mistreated badly by his new owner and brutally whipped and beaten in order to toughen him up mentally and physically but due to his fragile mental condition he knew little of why his new master was treating him this way. The callouses healed hardening his skin into a thick porous leather and he was forcibly thrown into his first fight. The fight was so brutal that he lost his weaker right arm in a vicious scuffle and he just managed to win due to sheer determination and instinctual ferociousness. Knowing that he lost something physically valuable to him he kept the arm and eventually wrapped it in duck tape, rope and barbed wire and drove nails, iron rods and other sharp items into it to form a makeshift club. Eventually due to his fast self-healing properties the wound eventually formed a stump.
Over time and many vicious battles he has developed a unique fighting ability based on brawling and due to his intimidatingly savage nature he is slowly rising up the ranks and gaining more popularity to the point of the crowd literally throwing money at his feet after his brutal victories. The savage way he dismantles his opponents leaves very few now willing to challenge him or risking near fatality. His newfound bloodlust has injected a sense of ferocious adrenaline addiction amongst the crowd althewhile gaining constant popularity.
He is forcibly conditioned to accept his new lifestyle and eventually starts to like his status of underground fame through his brutal and unrelenting savage fighting style.
There is now a glimmer of hope for his promoter who sees the potential of this new rising star and eventually hopes to cash in big and leave this underworld cesspit and start anew.
Unfortunately for the slug this is now his home and he has lost all sense of reality of the outside world and all he knows now is the glorifying savagery of survival in... The PIT.
Weapon:
His own arm which was hacked off in his first fight. Arm is wrapped in rags and duct tape and is littered with rusty nails, iron rods, and barb wire wrapped around it. The arm still has the wrist cuff and chain hanging off of it that was used to chain him to his cell. The hand is covered by a welders glove wrapped in barb wire. He calls it 'Max' after his favourite film 'Mad Max'.
