I can recommend you totally FREE 3dbuzz.com VTM (3dsmax traning videos)
They are all great and you can really learn from it.
Check it out on www.3dbuzz.com (in download section)

you should try the ones from discreet

www.discreet.com click on stores then training then hit DVD's
