proportions seem off: the wing ribs should be very thin- remember they should be light for flight (a rhyme hey hey). They look to thick. He could benefit from a smaller head, and the foreshortening of the limbs make him look squat. A good start so far.

with this kind of proportions, your demon looks like he is 20 cm tall no more.. wich is maybe what you wanted, but if you want him to look like a 2 meters monster, you have to shrink the head a lot (head dhould be 1/8 of the body) good start anyway ;)
