good picture. It has really nice compasition(sp) Welcome to the challenge. It looks like you are off to a great start. Do you have any background behind your picture (story, sketches....)? I'm sure we'd all like to get an idea about how you are aproaching this challenge piece.

Yea I have to get around to starting one too... In terms of yours i think the idea is good and everything seems in place except for the whole in the top left, I would fix that. :thumbsup:

Thanks for the encouragement guys! I have my sketches of the scence that I'll soon scan in and have up. I was looking for a very marsh/forest scene with a bit of mystery going on. I haven't yet finished the backdrop for the scene which would fill in all the dark areas behind... and a few more textures here and there.
