set project folder

if i was you i would put your new folder inside ZBrush 4R2\ZProjects
ZBrush 4R2\ZProjects\new-project

That's the only solution? Every project, and every file of the project in question are on a separate partition, I wouldn't move any of the files from that place. :shrug:
I can't imagine they(Pixologic) didn't addressed such a basic thing.

im not sure what your trying to do but i dont think you have to move, just make a short cut back up of the folder made and move the short cut folder.

you could ask on there z forum, i would guess a special zscript on start up might be your answer
