Im creating a face mocap face rig that Im attaching to an existing skeleton and skin and and adding as influence objects and blend shape drivers, and I keep getting this error when I move my face bone around after adding them to the skin

This doesn't seem to really effect anything but its pretty annoying, is there anyway to stop this from happening

maya2012, move tool: auto-orient joints is enabled?

this new auto orient totally slipt by me, but was actually messing up rigs as I was trying to edit them. Thanks for pointing it out, fixed some issues for me!
