very nice rendering,
but why the sport shoes is floating???? is there any meaning behind it...it's imposible that u can leave such an obvious mistake on a nice visual.
and the distortion of the image cause by camera perspective view, obviously i can see the rubish bin is distorted...
and the bg images doesn't match to foreground..
anyway nice job:wip:

i agreed,..why the shoe is floating????
and the camera distortion spoiled the visual..or isit the way of doing architecture rendering??

Did use another camera lens to match the background image?

the reflection in the door is too much like the outside, and its not even reflected, it should be of somehting, else, and those trainers...yeeesh

another thing i noticed is the knife in the background looks like it's about the size of the chair backs, if you need a two handed sword to cut your meat products, try defrosting them... hahah.... sorry that was a little joke

I think I understand what you are saying about the shoes, that they have rollers on the bottom right? If this is so, it would be good to show them tiping over. One of them should be on its side.
Make it more obvious that they have rollers
The second rendering of the log cabin in great except that it is obvious that you repeated the wood maps. There needs to be alot more variation.
Other than that, great start.
I think the kitchen image should have a little more green in it, considering that there are bright green trees outside.
The lighting on the ceiling in the corner is a little strange. I understand that the light from the outside through the window is causing that shadow, but it is a little too harsh. Plus with a little green, it would look like the light is coming from the outside more.
I would also consider lessening the distortion on the camera, IMHO.
Overall it looks like a nice airy kitchen. I get a sense of relaxation from the image, except from that big knife! :)
