I'm not a programmer but I would imagine that this is possible:
Is there a way in a Windows OS to configure the SHIFT+6 symbol "^", which I like to call "carrot head" to the more commonly used monetary symbol for the EU, "€"?
Sorry for the stupid question, but I've never used the carrot until now, and I want it replaced.
