So good. The metal on the hilt/guard could use some work, but other then that its way badass.

it has kinda feeling to it.
it looks like real toy-sword(render is pretty good) or fantasy-sword.

Hey that's GREAT! I love the model and texture! It would be nice to see some anti-aliasing on it... too pixely around the edges.
Good work!

hahah, wow flashing back to the 80s...
I agree, fixing your aliasing problems would add a great deal to the image. And Im not sure if it's your shader or your lighting that is creating all the strange artifacts on the metal, but some more work on that would dramatically improve the overall picture.
Good job man

I really do believe that this "lack of anti-aliasing" or "pixely edges" all of you are talking about, adds much to the metalic effect, and I'm sure it's done in purpose by Nebelis.
an another example is this metalic gun by Kursad Karatas

I was always wondering how that effect of "rough" and coarse metal can be achieved.

:bounce: antialiasing :bounce: the jagged look screws up a little, too bad coz this looks like it's quality. I'd make the tip of the sword more pointy.
good work!
