Well This is the first one of many many characters I have drawn for various compositions in my mind.It hovers much like....watto in Starwars...The rocket boosters are yet to come...

This is supposed to be just a practice as far as coloring goes...
The thing is.... I am learning to draw....But I cant paint to save my life... Any comments and crits are welcome.

There are some issues with the anatomy (which is usually the hardest part!)
- Looks like you have his lattissimus (wing muscles of the back) connecting in front of his arm, but they should connect behind his delts/ triceps.
- You have his lats going all the way down to his waist. They should connect mid torso or higher, feed into the serratus muscles, which feed into his oblique, which feed into the hip area.
-his right hand is a bit small, and his left arm seems too long.

Those are the most major things I noticed. I didn't look at the colored version, as I'm not that great with it myself. Keep it up, practice makes perfect!
