This is a Flash 4 'Doctor Who' animation series made by the BBC, the first episode is online now, new episodes will be posted weekly.
It impressed me.

had a little problems playing it on my 56k but other than that it was quite cool!
I think it was made by Cosgrove Hall (bring back Danger Mouse!)

Yeah, it was made here in Manchester at Cosgrove Hall, voiced by Richard E Grant. My old house mate was one of the people working on it (though don't ask me any more, because he doesn't speak to me, after I tried to steal his GF :hmm: ) Strange that Doctor Who is not mentioned on the Cosgrove Hall website.

Pretty nice. Good build up to the story so far and nice voice acting as well.

Well, this was a nice little surprise, timed for the 40th anniversary no doubt.
I've downloaded the first four broadband parts for episode 1, all looks and works fine, expect for the third part, the sound stops for the last third of the flash file. Anyone else get this?
Either way, looking forward to the next bit.

Episode two is now available :bounce:
Slaughters: My guess is this will stay Internet only.
tonygib: It worked all the way through for me.

Judging by the advert what was just on TV it does look like it's an internet only series...

Cool, will have to start downloading ep 2 :)
So Clanger, I assume that was the broadband one, not the dial-up version, in which case I will just have to check it again or try a re-download, strange that all the rest worked tho. thanks

I tried both versions and they looked identical, I think the slow version just downloads the whole animation before playing it whilst the fast one streams.

Ahh, ok, I in fact looked at the source code and downloaded them that way. So I guess I will have to do part 3 again then, thanks.
